The integrated services offered by Canada UPSCO includes Project Management, taking responsibility on the management of resources, planning, cost control and risk management / control using integrating systems that includes client organization to meet project requirements.
As part of the Project Management, Canada UPSCO has the capacity to develop integrated management systems that allows the monitoring and control of activities from the operating and financial point of views, highlighting the following aspects:
• Identification of "WBS elements" or "Work packages" units to allow effective costs control of the project (account planning).
• Project budget Structure.
• Preparation and monitoring of the master and detail planning of the project, and tools to measure the achieving milestones of the project, determination of the project status, assessment of deviations and results projection.
• Trends and deviations analysis (risk analysis).
• Coordination with Contractors and inspection team for gathering the weekly progress of the works.
• Assessment of changes requested by Contractors.
